Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake a variety of crucial responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient’s unique mental health landscape, followed by crafting personalized treatment plans based on established best practices and solution-focused therapies.
• Administering various therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific requirements of each individual, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Working collaboratively with the integrated treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to provide holistic care and ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Engaging in regular peer consultations and case reviews to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Equipping patients and their families with educational resources related to mental health, treatment choices, and available community support.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to enhance practice methodologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
