Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, understanding their unique histories, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing solution-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical records through our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, psychologists, and nursing staff to coordinate holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and recovery processes.
• Stay informed on the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health and addiction services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele we serve include a diverse range of individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and social complexities. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of community resources and support systems relevant to mental health and substance use recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
