Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at REBORN, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Developing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring solutions align with each client’s journey to recovery.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), helping clients build resilience and coping strategies.
• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care, participating actively in case discussions and planning.
• Facilitating regular case consultations and clinical meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and improve treatment outcomes.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for ongoing support.
• Staying abreast of the latest research in mental health to continuously refine your practice and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will largely focus on individuals undergoing detoxification from substances, as well as clients facing co-occurring mental health issues. This population requires understanding, respect, and tailored interventions to help them navigate difficult emotional landscapes. You will employ a trauma-informed care perspective, acknowledging past experiences while fostering a safe therapeutic relationship conducive to healing.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
• At least three years of clinical experience in a mental health or substance use treatment setting with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• A strong understanding of solution-focused and trauma-informed therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective intervention in complex situations.

Preferred Experience

Experience specializing in substance use treatment, dual diagnosis, or crisis intervention is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices is a plus, as it will enhance your effectiveness in this digital service environment.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
