Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Remote Detox Services

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a variety of mental health challenges, providing support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress, ensuring services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive, integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to all necessary resources and services.
• Monitor and document client interactions meticulously to ensure compliance with treatment goals and organization standards, completing all required reports in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to the development of team strategies that enhance overall service delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed, using appropriate de-escalation techniques to assist clients in moments of acute distress.
• Perform screenings and assessments to identify immediate and long-term needs of clients, referring them to additional services as necessary.
• Stay informed about current practices in social work and mental health treatment, utilizing continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily work with clients experiencing severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, and psychotic disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
