Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy sessions through secure video conferencing to individuals, couples, and families.
• Ensure accurate, ethical, and timely documentation adhering to California BBS and NASW standards, utilizing our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaboratively develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on client needs, assessing progress, and integrating client feedback effectively.
• Establish treatment boundaries and maintain professional ethics while fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
• Engage in regular peer support and participate in training or consult groups to enhance clinical skills and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing mental health services to a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and couples facing a range of challenges, such as trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. Given the detox setting, you will specifically cater to clients transitioning through recovery, addressing their unique emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW license in good standing.
• Must reside in California, in line with telehealth regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in relevant settings preferred.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and electronic documentation processes.
• Ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and ensure a private, confidential workspace for client interactions.
• Strong dedication to offering culturally responsive and inclusive mental health care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues, particularly in a detox or recovery context.
• Clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and transitional-age youth preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
