Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a key role in the mental health care team by:

• Assessing clients' mental health needs, diagnosing conditions as needed, and monitoring treatment effectiveness using appropriate clinical tools and methodologies.
• Developing individualized care plans tailored to meet the cultural, emotional, and psychological needs of patients and their families.
• Conducting ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjusting treatment strategies in collaboration with them to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Working hand-in-hand with clients and their support systems to coordinate care, facilitate referrals, and ensure an integrated approach to mental health treatment.
• Providing mentorship and educational support to students, interns, and other team members as designated by clinical supervision.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
