Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their emotional, social, and environmental challenges, enabling personalized care plans.
• Design and implement comprehensive service plans that integrate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Provide high-quality counseling and support for individuals and families navigating issues related to addiction, trauma, and emotional distress.
• Develop personalized service plans alongside clients, connecting them with community resources and support services critical for their recovery.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment services, ensuring safety and immediate support for clients in distress.
• Collaborate with community agencies and external resources to facilitate service coordination and advocacy for clients' needs.
• Participate in community outreach efforts to promote awareness of agency services and foster relationships with local organizations.
• Engage in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous training to enhance skills and knowledge in evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders and related challenges. Your role will involve addressing their mental health needs, providing compassionate guidance through therapy, and equipping them with coping strategies to overcome addiction. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence to effectively serve diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits
