Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Remote Detox Center

Position Overview

The Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. As a full-time LCSW, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and effective psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups. This remote position provides the flexibility to work from home while being an integral part of our innovative approach to mental health care.

Work Environment

This role operates within a remote setting, offering flexible work hours across a 40-hour workweek. Our team embraces work-life balance as a crucial foundation for wellness, and we are amenable to various scheduling options, including 4x10 or traditional 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Working in a remote detox center means you will be equipped with cutting-edge tools and access to resources that facilitate your ability to support clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to the specific needs of individuals, groups, couples, and families facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather and analyze essential information, including social, personal, environmental, and health factors affecting clients.
• Evaluate and address issues within your professional scope, employing evidence-based practices to guide treatment planning.
• Coordinate programs that address clients' social and emotional wellbeing, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, managing crises and making timely referrals to community resources as needed.
• Foster respectful, trusting relationships with clients to encourage open communication and effective treatment.
• Assess treatment outcomes and adapt intervention strategies in response to client progress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment interventions accurately, following established protocols and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage a caseload reflective of the team's goals, ensuring documentation is timely and comprehensive.
• Provide individual clinical counseling that addresses the complexities of mental health, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and relationship issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational needs and client care requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with behavioral health challenges such as substance use disorders, emotional disturbances, and family-related stressors. You will engage with varying populations, ensuring that our services are inclusive and culturally competent, all aimed at fostering positive health outcomes and client empowerment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in social work or a closely related discipline is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the treatment of behavioral mental health issues, particularly in addressing depression, mood disorders, substance dependencies, family dynamics, and grief counseling.
• Familiarity with integrated care models, including both traditional and digital service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to attractive compensation, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus as part of our incentive program.
