Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health profiles, challenges, and resources that will inform their treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy tailored specifically for individuals in a detox setting.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly define therapeutic goals, interventions, and desired outcomes, consistently evaluating and adapting as necessary.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with treatment team members—including case managers, medical staff, and addiction specialists—to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients during critical moments, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the detox process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
