Key Responsibilities

As the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Engage directly with clients, conducting assessments of their mental health needs while developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Create and implement integrated care plans that address both medical and psychosocial needs, ensuring clients receive cohesive and continuous care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to fit the diverse experiences and backgrounds of your clients.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and crisis interventions as needed, ensuring you prioritize client safety and timely support.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to enhance service delivery and participate in ongoing training to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously to facilitate effective treatment evaluations and compliance with organizational reporting requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will center around clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, necessary for obtaining licensure.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
