Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental, emotional, and social health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting mental wellness and ensuring optimal patient outcomes, continuously evaluating effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, progress reports, and treatment plans in compliance with established healthcare regulations and standards.
• Work closely with the medical care team to provide insights on psycho-social issues and facilitate effective communication among healthcare professionals about available community resources and support services.
• Empower caregivers by offering guidance on responsive parenting skills, focusing on individual family values and the specific social/emotional needs of children.
• Administer certified training programs and interventions for the safe management of disruptive and potentially violent behavior, promoting a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LICSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Current certification in the safe management of disruptive and assaultive behavior must be maintained.

Compensation and Benefits
