Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments of clients, gathering detailed histories and understanding their treatment goals.
• Administer individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and narrative therapy.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to address each client's specific needs and goals, regularly monitoring their progress.
• Engage in active collaboration with clients to ensure their involvement in developing and tracking their therapeutic journey.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice, adhering strictly to pertinent legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• At least two years of clinical experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in private practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and the execution of therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
