Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing your expertise in evidence-based approaches to facilitate recovery for diverse patient populations.
• Engage families throughout the assessment and treatment process, fostering open communication and education about recovery journeys.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of clinical productivity, ensuring compliance with program protocols and contributing to quality assurance initiatives.
• Establish comprehensive treatment plans that address the varied and complex needs of each patient, providing a continuum of therapeutic services.
• Participate actively in program performance improvement activities, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in family, group, and individual psychotherapy techniques.
• A relevant background check, including fingerprinting and drug testing, is required for employment.
