Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately understand clients’ presenting issues, personal history, and therapeutic goals, fostering a holistic view of their mental health.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions—including individual, couple, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are sensitive to the diverse needs of each client, adapting strategies based on their progress and feedback.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue and exploration of their challenges.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest practices and methodologies in the field of social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults, each facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You will play a crucial role in helping clients identify the roots of their struggles and work towards achieving emotional resilience and improved interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university or college.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, delivering therapeutic services, preferably in a private practice or teletherapy context.
• Proficient clinical skills in areas such as assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including exceptional empathy, communication, and the ability to forge strong connections with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, dialectical behavior therapy, or play therapy.
• Experience working with addiction recovery and co-occurring disorders, especially in a detox center environment.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and platforms for virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits
