Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical tasks, designed to ensure comprehensive patient care:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health and substance use issues, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and best practices in documentation.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to provide holistic care to patients.
• Conduct regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at quality improvement in clinical practice.
• Empower patients and their families by providing education on mental health treatment options and available community resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health therapy and utilize new methodologies in your clinical practice for improved patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will support a diverse group of individuals, primarily those affected by substance use disorders and concurrent mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, fostering a therapeutic relationship that promotes healing, respect, and dignity. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Texas license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, especially solution-focused interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, families, and the treatment team.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, ensuring effective treatment decisions.

Preferred Experience

Experience with dual diagnosis clients, particularly in the detox and rehabilitation realm, is highly desired. Compensation and Benefits
