Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients entering detox programs to identify their unique needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing solution-focused practices to facilitate progress in clients' recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, enhancing the transparency and effectiveness of patient care.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in case conferencing and strategy sessions to ensure integrated care and support.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
