Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns and resources, enhancing the therapeutic process.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy leveraging various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive well-rounded and coordinated care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reporting in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure quality care and organizational efficiency.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster community and shared learning among clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals grappling with common mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional difficulties. This role requires a sensitivity to various cultural backgrounds and an ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet clients where they are in their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), affirming your qualifications to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, highlighting a track record of effective client care.

Compensation and Benefits
