Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing the Licensed Clinical Social Worker to engage with clients from the comfort of their own home while utilizing advanced telehealth technology. Key Responsibilities

• Work as a clinician in both office settings and the broader community, providing support to clients suffering from symptoms of severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients by earning their trust and demonstrating commitment to their well-being.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, promoting access to various linked services.
• Engage in collaborative care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive treatment approaches that address clients’ holistic needs.
• Provide brief, focused treatment, prevention, and recovery services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document the progress of clients across treatment phases, ensuring adherence to discharge criteria and ongoing treatment modifications as needed.
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, responding to acute client needs and facilitating resources for stabilization and recovery.
• Contribute to team goals through collaboration, actively participating in team meetings and agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring client support is always accessible.

The focus of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be on diverse populations within the Mesa community. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Social Work license in the state of Arizona.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay information to clients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple client caseloads efficiently.

• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the professional code of conduct.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting, particularly with populations experiencing severe mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience working in a community health environment or with under-served populations.

Compensation and Benefits
