This fully remote role allows you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home, providing you the flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' needs, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans that are actionable and measurable.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
• Engage with clients regularly to monitor progress, recalibrate treatment goals, and integrate feedback to enhance therapeutic efficacy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and fellow therapists, to formulate holistic treatment strategies, thereby promoting integrated care approaches.
• Educate and empower clients' families through psychoeducation programs, fostering a collaborative effort in the recovery process and ensuring a supportive home environment.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices by maintaining accurate and confidential case records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health disorders. Each session presents an opportunity to provide tailored interventions, understanding the unique backgrounds, cultures, and experiences of each client, thereby enhancing your clinical skills and cultural competence.

Qualifications

• A current, unrestricted license in Arizona as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience or specialized training in mental health counseling and proficiency in applying evidence-based methods.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, with a commitment to developing therapeutic rapport and motivating clients on their journeys to recovery.
• Strong collaborative abilities, facilitating effective communication and teamwork within a treatment-focused environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage clinical documentation is preferred.
• A background in delivering teletherapy or remote counseling services is advantageous, given our fully remote operational model.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
