Lifetime View Counseling, LLC is seeking dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our team in a rewarding remote role. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing evidence-based modalities to effectively address client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals that monitor progress and enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and immediate care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, adhering to state and federal regulations on confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and seamless support for clients.
• Engage in continual professional development by accessing the latest research, training, and trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families coping with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will allow you to tailor interventions to meet the specific needs of each client, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• At least two years of supervised experience providing counseling services to individuals and groups.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to cultural competence, inclusivity, and providing affirming care for all clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently while actively participating in a virtual team environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering mental health services.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Proven track record of successfully working with specific populations such as children or trauma survivors.
• Experience in crisis management and intervention.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
