Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing.
• Utilizing solution-focused therapy modalities to assist clients in addressing their challenges and achieving therapeutic goals.
• Crafting individualized and attainable treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek support for a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• The ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating professionalism and ethical decision-making in all counseling engagements.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
