Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance; however, you will also have opportunities for in-person engagement with clients at our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each client's unique emotional and behavioral health needs.
• Developing and implementing personalized therapy plans that align with client goals and therapeutic best practices.
• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintaining meticulous records and documentation in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively engaging with the local community to promote mental health awareness and resources.
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders. You will play a vital role in supporting clients through challenging times, guiding them toward recovery, and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Independent licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a diverse client base, including children and families.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy sessions.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
