Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to address mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Set specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these goals.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face accessibility challenges or prefer virtual engagement.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Independently manage a caseload while actively participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• A current, valid state license in Texas as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload and documentation.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, those with prior experience in outpatient therapy settings will find our environment particularly rewarding. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with compensation dependent on caseload and years of experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
