Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health counselor at Paloma Counseling Services, you will:

Qualifications

To ensure the highest quality of care, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 based on your experience and caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect:
