Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring that clients benefit from proven therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
