Gracious Growth Counseling Center is seeking a full-time licensed mental health therapist with credentials as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to join our dedicated team. This remote position allows for flexibility while empowering you to deliver effective therapy to our diverse client base. Work Environment

As a remote position facilitating outpatient therapy, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. Our outpatient facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing a range of therapy and counseling options for clients. We take pride in our in-house credentialing and insurance management processes, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and appropriate interventions.
• Provide graduate-level clinical social work or counseling interventions according to the specific needs of clients in order to foster health and wellness.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly to reflect assessments and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams through documentation, meetings, and patient rounds to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical modalities.
• Conduct case management activities that include collaboration with community professionals and resources to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and engagement strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them to achieve their goals in a compassionate and supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess an active license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; further education in mental health or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, adapting your schedule to meet client needs and personal availability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Knowledge of ethical principles and legal standards relevant to mental health practice is preferred.
• Prior experience in case management and multidisciplinary team collaboration is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
