Key Responsibilities

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to assess and refine treatment plans efficiently, ensuring that clients receive individualized care.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in our user-friendly therapist portal, streamlining the documentation process and minimizing administrative burden.
• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for adult clients facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.
• Engage in regular consultation and receive support from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance your therapeutic practice.
• Apply diverse therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques to facilitate effective counseling sessions.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to develop integrated treatment plans and foster a holistic approach to client care.
• Formulate mental health diagnoses utilizing the DSM V criteria, and develop comprehensive treatment strategies aligned with these diagnoses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, including adults experiencing various emotional disorders. You will provide supportive therapeutic counseling, education, and intervention strategies designed to empower clients in their personal growth and healing journey. Qualifications

• A master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, or PsyD).
• An active, independent mental health license in Oregon or your state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional licenses in multiple states being a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
• Proficient in digital tools and technology, with a willingness to integrate these into clinical practice effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience conducting remote therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in working with a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.
• Previous collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric and primary care providers, to manage coordinated care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
