Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and empathetic mental health sessions via video conferencing, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Implementing solution-focused therapeutic methodologies to address client goals, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process and monitor client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on your record.
