Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Counselors are expected to engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, thus enhancing accessibility to essential mental health services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based therapy, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that align with clients' goals, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring compliance with organizational and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular peer consultations to foster collaboration and enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Engage with clients using virtual platforms, leveraging telehealth tools for effective therapy delivery and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults and couples seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• A valid independent mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a mental health counselor, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for client interactions, enhancing your ability to deliver care remotely.

Compensation and Benefits
