Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional challenges, and individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the client’s goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, in individual, family, and group settings.
• Monitor clients' progress regularly, adjusting their treatment plans to ensure maximum effectiveness and responsiveness to changing circumstances.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute distress or psychological emergencies.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records in alignment with applicable laws, guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and supervision to enhance clinical skills and remain updated on the evolving landscape of mental health care.
• Adhere to the American Psychological Association's ethical guidelines and best practices, ensuring client safety and trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse clientele struggling with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely-related field.
• Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
