Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health and emotional needs, employing standardized assessment tools.
• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect culturally sensitive approaches and address specific client goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices in individual, family, and group sessions.
• Monitor and track client progress through regular follow-up assessments, ensuring treatment plans are updated to reflect changes in client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services with empathy and professionalism, assisting clients through acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications
