Position Overview

Sanity Family Care Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding remote telehealth team. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments via telehealth, evaluating the psychological impact of patients' medical conditions.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique circumstances and integrated needs.
• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions through evidence-based modalities, addressing a variety of issues that patients face.
• Collaborating closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights that inform treatment decisions.
• Providing crisis intervention and support in mental health emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Sanity Family Care Center, you will primarily serve a diverse population of patients who present with multifaceted medical and psychiatric disorders. Your expertise will be crucial for individuals dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance addiction. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in treating individuals with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
• Proven track record of collaborating with medical teams to provide integrated care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A deep commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines within therapeutic practice.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other relevant technological tools.
• A strong capacity to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in telehealth, integrated care models, or work in outpatient psychiatric settings will be favored. Compensation and Benefits
