Work Environment

This role operates in a remote work setting, allowing our therapists the flexibility to deliver care from their preferred location while staying connected with our diverse team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that appreciate cultural nuances and individual experiences, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting interventions to meet the unique cultural and personal circumstances of patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, offering support and guidance during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stabilization.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and holistic care that addresses diverse patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards while utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending case conferences and cultural competency training to enhance therapeutic skills.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy, reflecting a commitment to ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current and valid license in the state as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist.
• Strong foundational knowledge in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and culturally competent practices in therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
