Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized and effective treatment plans for your clients.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of clients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to share insights, enhance treatment strategies, and stay informed on best practices in mental health therapy.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment plans, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge for effective self-advocacy.
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the mental health field, implementing new techniques and insights into your therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals from varied backgrounds facing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients of different ages and cultural backgrounds, offering tailored interventions and strategies to meet their individual needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to customize treatment plans for each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong, trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities that enable you to navigate complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, appreciating the contributions of colleagues and fostering a positive growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Preferences for candidates include experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR for trauma, experience working with varied demographics, and familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient documentation and treatment tracking. Familiarity with Dallas’ community resources can also be beneficial for your clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, supplemented by potential bonuses.
