Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s goals and circumstances, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress over time to ensure positive outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy options seamlessly through established online platforms, maintaining professionalism and compassion during virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training, workshops, and supervision sessions to further enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, presenting with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a doctorate in psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• A demonstrated ability to empathize and adopt a non-judgmental attitude, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.
• Previous experience providing teletherapy is highly desirable as we aim to enrich our remote service offerings.
• Familiarity with various mental health assessment tools and documentation standards to ensure high-quality client care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload size and professional experience. Our benefits include:
