Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct mental health treatment to clients, including screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and the development of age-appropriate treatment plans.
• Conduct psychotherapy sessions using various modalities, including individual therapy for adults and children, family therapy, and group psychotherapy, prioritizing a trauma-informed approach.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups for children, families, and multi-family units, fostering a safe and engaging group dynamic.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies, ensuring seamless communication regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Engage in professional development through training sessions and CEUs to stay current on clinical best practices and maintain licensure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, healthcare providers, and community partners, to ensure holistic support for clients.
• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews to continually enhance treatment strategies and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
