Rethink Counseling, LLC is actively seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote role allows you to provide high-quality therapeutic services to a diverse clientele while enjoying the flexibility of a teletherapy setting.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to determine their unique needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Offering individual therapy sessions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Setting therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitoring their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Providing teletherapy sessions, making mental health services accessible to clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Consistently maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Engaging in professional development opportunities, including training workshops and supervision sessions, to enhance your skills and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will encompass a wide range of demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will play an instrumental role in facilitating their healing journey and promoting resilience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A current, valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, along with a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic nature paired with a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and schedules.

Preferred Experience

Experience in clinical settings, particularly in community health or private practice, is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital documentation systems will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

Rethink Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year , contingent upon your caseload and professional experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
