Key Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual video counseling sessions to enhance clients' mental wellness.
• Facilitate open discussions, supporting clients in expressing their emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.
• Serve as a strong client advocate, working collaboratively to define treatment goals and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Evaluate and monitor clients' mental health conditions, utilizing your clinical experience to apply effective solution-based treatment methods.
• Leverage a dedicated all-in-one counselor dashboard that allows you to manage client interactions—conducting therapy sessions via video or text and maintaining consistent communication through messages.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a mental health counselor, you will work with a thoughtfully screened client base consisting mainly of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted licensure from the state board, ensuring a good standing to practice independently as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition are essential for effectively connecting with clients.
• Proficiency in computer usage and various teletherapy platforms to facilitate smooth session management.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role is required to ensure you are well-equipped to handle diverse client needs effectively. Past experience in a remote therapeutic setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on experience and the number of hours worked.
