Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering telehealth sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs, utilizing evidence-based approaches to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to each client's circumstances and objectives.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all necessary records are accurately managed to uphold our ethical standards.
• Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, discussing cases and sharing insights with other mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and psychologists to deliver well-rounded care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and staying updated with the latest industry best practices.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, guiding them through understanding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for their support.
• Continually pursue professional development by staying abreast of the latest research on mental health treatments and integrating new insights into your practice to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique mental health challenges. From individuals dealing with anxiety and depression to those navigating complex life transitions, you will be at the forefront of providing care that addresses the wide spectrum of mental health issues. Your work will empower clients to build resilience and develop strategies for coping effectively in their everyday lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with a passion for creating tailored treatment plans that foster progress in clients’ lives.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic alliances that promote trust and engagement with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations and contribute to positive therapeutic outcomes.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in a team-oriented environment, valuing input from colleagues and enhancing the team’s overall effectiveness.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferable but not required; training and resources will be provided to ensure comfort in delivering remote services.
• Familiarity with various assessment tools and therapeutic methodologies to enhance the treatment planning process.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations will be an advantage, as it enriches the therapeutic interactions and approaches utilized in practice.
