Work Environment\n This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your workplace. Despite the virtual setting, you will be part of a cohesive outpatient team that values collaboration and open communication. Regular team meetings and supervision will ensure that you remain connected with colleagues and receive continual support throughout your work. Our outpatient office serves clients in a variety of settings, promoting innovative practices in virtual and in-person therapy.

Provide individual and family therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet clients' specific needs. \Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including clinical notes and treatment progress reports, in accordance with established policies and procedures. \Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and evaluate comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge and aftercare strategies based on each client's psychosocial assessment. \Engage in crisis intervention as needed, assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues impacting client wellbeing. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n In your role as a licensed therapist at Safe Ground, you will work with a varied client population consisting of individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our practice emphasizes a client-centered approach that respects diversity and fosters an environment of cultural competency, ensuring that all clients receive respectful and tailored support.

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program. \Current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. \Proficiency in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite. \Experience with telehealth services, including familiarity with relevant platforms and best practices for virtual therapy. \Training in evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy. \In addition to competitive salary, Safe Ground Behavioral Health offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
