Our Detox Center facility is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and professional experience for all clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for clients to gather information on their mental, emotional, and social well-being.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-oriented strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
• Fostering therapeutic relationships through various modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and adapting approaches based on client feedback.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating regularly with other interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development activities designed to promote clinical excellence and ensure best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse array of clients, including individuals with acute and chronic mental health conditions. Your expertise will directly impact those struggling with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use, among other mental health challenges. Your ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds will be paramount in delivering effective and culturally competent care.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, ideally in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
• A proven understanding of solution-based therapy techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to different therapeutic situations.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting is preferred and will be considered a significant asset. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and initiatives will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
