Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Harmony Family Support, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients’ unique needs using solution-focused interventions.
• Administering diverse therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address mental health concerns effectively.
• Maintaining precise clinical records, fully complying with HIPAA and legal regulations, ensuring the privacy and integrity of patient information.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated, holistic care to clients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews, contributing to ongoing professional development while improving service quality.
• Engaging with patients and their families to offer educational resources on mental health, treatment options, and community support services.
• Staying updated with the latest research and developments in the mental health field to continually enhance your practice and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license to practice in New Jersey, indicating a commitment to professional excellence.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy modalities, showcasing a background in helping clients navigate change.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex clinical situations effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
