Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote working opportunity, allowing flexibility while ensuring that our core mission remains at the forefront of our efforts. Working primarily from home, the LCSW will have the resources and support needed to collaborate effectively with colleagues, engage with clients, and participate in required meetings and training sessions virtually.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical provider, working with a caseload of clients to perform assessments and deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Establish trusting relationships with clients and collaborate with them to create and implement personalized integrated care plans.
• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and coordinate further assessments or referrals as necessary.
• Utilize clinical judgment to identify, prevent, and report unsafe situations while ensuring a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage in crisis intervention efforts as needed, employing appropriate techniques to stabilize and support clients in acute distress.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, including meetings related to admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning.
• Document timely and thorough case notes and performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will primarily serve clients who are coping with major mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. The role demands a sensitivity to the diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences of clients, with the expectation that the social worker will employ a client-centered approach to foster empowerment and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compassionately.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Competency in understanding and addressing age-related or specialty issues pertinent to the populations served.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with clients in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and understanding the nuances of healthcare systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities specific to mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
