Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional wellness, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to their needs.
• Deliver therapy sessions across various formats, including individual, family, and group settings, adapting methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, delivering prompt and effective support when needed.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, compliant with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
