Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure and user-friendly telehealth platforms, providing individual counseling as well as couple and family therapy.
• Design, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments of client progress and feedback.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client cases, share successful strategies, and collaborate on integrated care approaches.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure up-to-date documentation of treatment progress.
• Build and foster genuine therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their feelings and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals and families seeking assistance with a variety of mental health challenges. The therapist will work with clients from different backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on counseling or therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in teletherapy techniques, with strong communication skills to engage clients effectively during virtual sessions.
• Experience in developing and implementing diverse therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
