Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Therapeutic Services: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. You will provide engaging psychotherapy, including play therapy techniques for children and cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents and adults.
• Group Facilitation: Lead psychotherapy groups aimed at addressing specific issues for families, children, and multi-family situations. Utilize psychoeducation and group process techniques to encourage open discussion and peer support.

Compensation and Benefits
