Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Participate in team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share insights that contribute to a cohesive therapeutic approach.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree in a relevant field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Active licensure in the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical psychotherapy with adults.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosis, and developing treatment plans.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation of client interactions.
• A clean disciplinary record with no action taken against your license by any jurisdictional board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience and training in various therapeutic methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and best practices in delivering remote therapy.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 70,000 and 100,000. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus for new team members and the potential for bonuses with your first client.
