Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges through structured interviews and observation.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans that articulate specific goals, interventions, and a method for monitoring progress over time.
• Provide compassionate counseling and emotional support to individuals and families grappling with life transitions, mental health issues, or crisis situations.
• Utilize a strengths-based approach to engage clients in collaboratively creating personalized service plans while connecting them with vital community resources.
• Offer crisis intervention services—including immediate risk assessment and safety planning—to ensure the well-being of clients in urgent situations.
• Collaborate with various community organizations to coordinate services, advocating for clients’ needs and ensuring effective referrals to other support systems.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to heighten awareness of our agency’s services and foster connections with potential clients.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and collaborative training efforts to share insights and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Array Wellness Center PC will primarily focus on diverse and underserved populations in the Mesa community. You will work with individuals and families dealing with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, domestic violence, and other socioeconomic factors that affect their quality of life. Understanding and addressing the unique needs of these groups is crucial in fostering trust and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) must be maintained.
• Demonstrated knowledge of social and economic justice issues, particularly as they pertain to underserved communities.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on cultural competence to effectively engage diverse client populations.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking, particularly in high-stress situations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
