Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient health histories by engaging in direct interviews with patients and their families, understanding their concerns, and gathering essential information for effective assessment.
• Apply your expertise in clinical knowledge to deliver targeted mental health interventions, making use of evidence-based practices to identify potential diagnoses and formulate treatment plans uniquely tailored to each individual.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation is concise, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
• Respond to patient inquiries promptly and ensure efficient follow-up on referrals, fostering continuous communication to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Occasionally serve as the designated on-call clinician during scheduled hours, addressing urgent patient needs and providing timely support during crises.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—which may include primary care providers, psychiatrists, and community outreach programs—to ensure comprehensive care for patients across various age groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. The patients you serve may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, with a focus on creating meaningful relationships that facilitate healing and resilience.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program, providing a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• A current and valid Nevada Social Worker (LCSW) license, demonstrating your qualifications to practice independently in this field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders in the healthcare system.
• Proficient in conducting psychosocial assessments, developing clinical interventions, and designing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in the field of social work or mental health.

Compensation and Benefits
