Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify mental health concerns, strengths, and available community resources for clients.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and specific interventions aimed at improving clients’ mental health outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
• Offer crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments to prioritize patient safety and well-being.
• Document all client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards to maintain the integrity of patient records.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, providing valuable resources and testing new therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
